Restaurant
The Hotels restaurant is divided into two spaces. One is located in the Hotel facility. Where is easily accessible from the rooms.
Our menu is simple, pretending to elevate the local ingredients. Ancient flavors have been preserved, and served now in modern concepts.
Buni Restaurant
The word “Buni” means a hut that was erected by shepherds when they summered in the mountains. These words represent the place and the history of the people who have lived here for centuries.
The Buni restaurant, a few kilometres higher (1725m above sea level), was built 10 years ago and presents a stunning view. It is currently the establishment with the highest altitude in all of Albania that serves food.
Agrotourism
Next to the Restaurant building, there is a corresponding space for some of our most special products. Dairy products, which are of great importance in traditional cuisine, we want to be not only fresh but also according to tradition.
We have bee colonies that produce honey that you will certainly enjoy in the mornings. If desired, the premises can be visited and from time to time fun culinary activities are organized which are of interest, especially for families and children. Water is filtered, treated and brought from the source by our facilities, at the table will be served at a symbolic price.
